Partnership Announcement

Southampton, United Kingdom, December 2022

Dynamon is proud to announce it has partnered with the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) to inspire and support women in engineering at every stage of their career. Dynamon is growing rapidly and has many engineering vacancies available; we want to encourage talented female engineers to apply for these roles.

The Women’s Engineering Society (WES) is a charitable company founded in 1919 to support women in engineering. Over 100 years later, WES still operates as a Membership Society, promoting the education of women in engineering/technology and advancing the education of the public concerning the study and practice of engineering among women. In 2014, WES founded International Women in Engineering Day (INWED), held annually on 23rd of June to raise the profile of women in engineering and focus attention on the amazing career opportunities available.

In the process of completing our hiring goal for the year 2023, Dynamon will be working with the Women’s Engineering Society to elevate females in the industry and make our workforce more inclusive and attractive to women globally.

Sara Smith, HR Manager at Dynamon added:

“Dynamon is delighted to become a partner for the Women’s Engineering Society. Dynamon is highly committed to valuing diversity at work and endeavours to provide all staff with the opportunity for employment, career and personal development. The industry is focusing on affecting real change and we are excited to work together with WES to drive this agenda forward.”
