As Dynamon continues to expand we now have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Commercial Director to join one of the most promising and fastest growing companies in Southampton, to help disrupt the transport and logistics industry through AI and big data analytics. This is a leadership position, which will require you to have ownership over our commercial activities, working across Business Development and Account Management.

Accelerate the go-to-market strategy that drives new user adoption of the platform to meet key revenue growth targets
Define and lead our business development and account management strategy
Lead meetings with high profile clients for new business, renegotiations and relationship management
Develop our image and reputation as a valued technological leader in the mobility sector
Challenge the way we do things and develop innovative solutions to drive our growth
Responsible for setting incentives across all sales channels and ensuring performance against core KPIs and targets
Partner with our HR Director to recruit and manage a sales team that will grow significantly over the next 6-18 months
Develop effective team onboarding, training and coaching to maximise performance of every sales team member at every stage of the sales cycle
Demonstrable experience of leading successful teams
Experience in the Automotive industry deploying new technology, for example the telematics industry
Significant experience in training and development of sales staff
Strong sales skills and track record of successful business development
Creative approach: you’ll need to develop your strategies and operations for our market and product.
Experience in a high-growth business environment or start-up a plus
Team-oriented; enjoys working with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
