Customer Success Manager

As Dynamon continues to expand we now have a fantastic opportunity for a highly-motivated Customer Success Manager to join one of the most promising and fastest growing companies in Southampton, to help disrupt the transport and logistics industry through AI and big data analytics. We are looking for a technically savvy customer success manager who possesses a strong drive for results.  The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our clicustomer base.

  • Develop and manage client portfolios.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximising value.
  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Improve onboarding processes.
  • Mediate between clients and the organisation.
  • Aid in product design and product development.
  • In depth technical and functional knowledge of the full range of Dynamon Software products.
  • Demonstrate advanced insights and understanding of each customer’s business priorities and identify opportunities to add value.
  • Obtain client feedback to improve product performance.
  • Drive subscription renewals and identify new growth opportunities.


Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of working within the Automotive or Telematics industry
  • Experience in customer engagement and customer account management.
  • Proven ability to map customer’s business requirements to ensure product value.
  • Excellent executive management skills with an ability to establish strong relationships, advise and influence business decision makers.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Experience in document creation.
