Route ZERO legal
RouteZero Sub-processors
Dynamon Ltd engages the third-party sub-processors listed below to provide RouteZero. Where any of them process personal data on Dynamon's behalf, they do so subject to our Data Processing Addendum and UK GDPR Article 28.
Customer data is primarily hosted in AWS region eu-west-2 (London). Where a sub-processor's standard operations involve transferring personal data outside the UK, the transfer mechanism is noted below.
Current sub-processors (as of 01/07/2026)
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Region | Transfer mechanism |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure: identity, database, storage, email, compute, secrets | UK (eu-west-2) | None — data stays in the UK |
| Stripe Payments Europe Ltd | Subscription billing and payment processing | EU primary; some US routing | UK IDTA / Stripe DPA SCCs |
| Google LLC (Maps Platform) | Map rendering, address autocomplete, route geometry | Global / US | UK Addendum to EU SCCs |
| Mapbox Inc | Geospatial services and route geometry | Global / US | UK IDTA / SCCs |
What this list excludes
User invitations within an organisation, our internal support tooling, and public-record lookups (such as VAT validation) aren't listed here.
If we add or change a sub-processor
We'll update this page, with the effective date in the header, and email the contact recorded for your account. We'll normally give at least 14 days' notice before a new sub-processor starts processing your data — enough time to raise any concern before it takes effect.
If you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, see the objection process in our Data Processing Addendum.
